Client Services, Sales & Operations Associate (no remote)

We are seeking a full time Sales & Operations Associate for an immediate opening at our Toronto Eglinton Avenue East/Laird Drive Head Office.

This individual must be energetic, well organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This person is focused on our company success by providing inbound and client sales of our services, pre and post sales support while managing required day-to-day functions. This individual works independently to perform a variety of operational tasks, such as: class scheduling, training, sales reporting, account analysis, program execution, customer engagement, and coordination of prospects, clients, class, and private assignments. Additional responsibilities, such as teacher hiring, allocations and coordination are essential, as well as facility and course management are required. This person helps to promote PREPSKILLS by contributing to inside sales outcomes, client services and events/projects. You play an integral part in our success in the education market as a whole.

The Client Services, Sales & Operations Associate assists in the coordination and management of various events and corresponding logistics. This position is responsible for supporting various event elements to ensure that events are on track to meet client expectations.

This position will work in coordination on other projects as assigned with the President and other team members.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Ability to handle inbound inquiries, and maximize sales results by providing effective inside sales techniques and support.
  • An ability to multi-task and to prioritize effectively by focusing on sales-oriented tasks, while also completing operational processes with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Experience with web analytics, social media and Google Adwords an asset.
  • Achieve business goals through strong marketing campaigns.
  • Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day to accomplish sales outcomes.
  • Results-oriented individual with a high degree of urgency and dedication to personal and company growth.
  • BA/BS/BComm/Marketing degree or equivalent

You are responsible for coordination of operations, sales activities and management of quality and consistency of service delivery. This role is primarily responsible for executing sales and operation and event activities, maximizing sales, implementing marketing activities to generate customer inquiries, and staffing of contract teachers for classroom and in-home educational services. You will work closely with the President and staff to support, monitor and analyze sales, operation and marketing activity against goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience business administration, sales, client services
  • Ability to support the planning and organizing of multiple events and projects at one time
  • High level of experience in all Microsoft programs, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with high urgency tasks and projects
  • Ability to work well within a team, but primarily independently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high stress situations and make rational decisions in those situations
  • Vehicle required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule: 9AM-6PM M-F, some evenings, and weekends
