We are looking for exceptional Client Service Coordinators who will be responsible for handling, arranging and scheduling client care and service inquiries.

Role requirements:
  • Provide field staff with accurate schedules on a weekly basis
  • Communicate effectively with care providers to ensure schedules are carried out
  • Use scheduling software effectively to fulfill patients’ care plans
  • Maintain accessibility by phone for patients, care providers, referral sources and other stakeholders
  • Prepare daily performance and tracking reports in a timely manner
  • Enter all critical and relevant information into the system for appropriate follow-up and documentation
  • Be the point person of our new hires in all things scheduling
  • Flexibility is incredibly important as the needs of our clients change and we need you to relay critical information to our field staff in real time.
  • Escalate appropriate concerns or risks for review and/or follow-up.

Job Qualification

Qualifications:

  • Secondary School Diploma. Medical Terminology course is preferred.
  • Strong customer service experience preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work with funding partners, clients, their families, new referrals and field staff
  • Excellent communication skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Have exceptional computer skills
  • Be a detail-oriented, adaptable and customer-focused team player
  • Combine strong interpersonal skills with analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Be self-directed, goal-oriented and able to manage time and priorities
• Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends as required
