Looking for a great opportunity to play a rewarding role with a fast-growing North American franchise system? Schooley Mitchell is seeking a manager to oversee and support our internal appointment setting team. This role requires a strong team player who is comfortable in a management role. The successful candidate will utilize a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to ensure our team of callers have the tools and skills to represent our brand and set appointments for our Consultants.

This is no ordinary job. It demands confidence, as well as passion for developing people to achieve great results. This is a full-time position based at our Corporate Head Office in Stratford, Ontario.

Responsibilities and Duties

In This Role You Will …

• Manage the performance of our calling team, ensuring goals are met and exceeded
• Prepare action plans for individuals and the team as a whole
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to calling team
• Continually develop new training protocol and materials
• Schedule calling campaigns
• Recruit, hire and perform other Human Resource tasks as assigned
• Liaise with management to provide regular updates and suggestions for improvement and growth

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of proven management experience
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Ability to motivate individuals and teams to excel
• Experience with inside sales, cold calling, telemarketing
• Sound oral, written, and phone communication skills
• Well-developed business acumen and emotional intelligence
• Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
• Work well under pressure, meet deadlines
• University degree/college diploma is an asset

Salary

This is a salary-based position with incentives. Salary commensurate with experience.

Salary: $57,500.00-$62,500.00 per year
