• Sequence of systems and services to be moved
• Risks associated with moving each system, service/function
• User groups impacted
• Change management plans
• Stakeholders to involve

Collaborate with various stakeholders, teams, and vendors to create a solution document for setting up the systems and services/functions in the new platform Prepare a project plan and schedule that outlines the timelines for each phase of the transition and sequence of services/functions to be moved Prepare and deliver bi-weekly project status updates to key stakeholders Facilitate steering committee meetings Facilitate the preparation of documents regarding Business Use Cases, defines test conditions and test cases. Facilitate the planning and conduct of Agile meetings ceremonies (daily stand up, product demos, retrospectives, grooming etc.).Facilitate the review and management of backlog and in progress items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriate. Maintaining team metrics and report project statuses (e.g., velocity burn down charts, financial status, issues risks, etc.) on a regular basis to Business Owner, and to different stakeholders.Office Location: In FrederictonContract Duration: Asap until 25-Sep-2023 end date (Possibility for extension and conversion to FTE)Standard Hours per day: 7.25Job DescriptionThe successful candidate must deliver the following to successfully complete the engagement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with large and complex system projects. Experience working with transition of large systems to new platform technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience
• Experience with soliciting and documenting as well as working with multiple stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Experience facilitating workshops including business process reviews, requirements gathering, etc. with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders.
• Recent experience (in the last four years) in a senior business analyst role for projects of significant complexity. Scoring will be based on the breadth and depth of experience.
• Recent experience in digital transformation activities related to transitioning information systems specific to government service delivery agencies, such as Social Development.
• Experience performing senior business analyst activities, such as workshop facilitation, requirements elicitation, requirements prioritization, process flow design, business capability modeling, quality control testing, and system documentation
• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on a public-sector housing solution
• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst working with business in housing/loans administration
• Experience working with change management processes, various project management methodologies, and all aspects of the application design and development lifecycle.
