Job description

Live-in and Live-out Superintendent positions available for condominium buildings located in the HRM.

Competitive annual salary.

Condominium unit (taxable benefit) - live-in position only.

All utilities included - heat, hot water - live-in position only.

Parking.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General maintenance of the building.

Cleaning of all common areas (lobby, elevators, hallways, garbage/recycling room).

Carrying and answering building cell phone 24/7 and responding to emergencies.

Work in conjunction with the Property Manager to monitor subcontractors and communicate with the residents of the building.

Some evenings and weekends required.
