Company Description

Continual Energy Inc. designs/deploys technologies and energy/design engineering services for heating, cooling, power generation, and energy management for a variety of mission-critical building applications. The intent is to deliver and sustain the customer’s energy savings, cost savings and operational reliability.

Core Responsibilities:

• Wire pulling and termination.
• Installation of system controllers and end-devices.
• Delivery/transportation of parts to job sites.
• Occasional office work.

Skills Required:

• Requires strong organization, clean/tidy execution of installation and terminations (tie-offs and labels, etc.).
• Capable of hands-on work with various tools and elevated, overhead work.
• Able to implement installation based on instructions and documentation.
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of interacting with clients and team members daily.
• Ability to follow direction, work in a fast-paced team and collaborative environment, multi-task and maintain organization.
• Very comfortable with Windows-based computer systems and computer networks.
• Additional desired skills, but not required:
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or HVAC systems.
• Industry experience with Building Automation and Direct Digital Controls (DDC).
• Experience with networking, related wiring and technologies.

Qualifications and Education Required:

Electronic, electrical, or communications technician preferred.

Compensation:

• Salary range commensurate with experience.
• Three (3) weeks of vacation.
• Ten (10) paid days off (sick days).
• Health benefits package after ninety (90) day probationary period, includes dental and vision.
• Potential for tuition reimbursement.

Schedule:

• Typical work week is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Occasional overtime or after-hours/weekend work required.

Other:

• Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Applications must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Capable of passing an Ontario Contractor Security Screening Check (no criminal record).
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations (fully vaccinated) as required by client sites and general contractors.
