About the role:
Clutch is looking for an AdministrativeAssistantto keep our operations organized and running efficiently as part of the Eastern Canada Operations team! You are a highly motivated self-starter that will make an impact on every vehicle we buy and sell.
In this position, you will take ownership of a variety of key administrative tasks that manage the vehicles & documentation for each transaction at Clutch.
What you’ll do:
- Organizing and archiving vehicle registration, keys and other relevant paperwork
- Maintaining appropriate documentation to facilitate vehicle transfers promptly
- Supporting the delivery team with paperwork preparation & printing documents
- Data entry of new onboarded vehicles
- Logging and archiving receipts associated with vehicle reconditioning
- Your success will show in the smooth day to day operations of the teams that you will work with
- Very strong documentation & organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- High attention to detail
- Desire to learn new skills and be flexible as the company grows
- Technology savvy (Google suite, Slack etc.) We are a tech company so we use many tools to stay on top of our operations
- Previous administrative or organizing experience is strongly preferred but NOT required
