About the Position :

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Clerk is involved in the recording and accounting of accounts payable transactions for the Glencore Group’s North American Copper operations.



More specifically, you will :

Actively participate in the purchase-to-pay cycle through the following activities: • Analysis of accounts and transactions whose payment deadlines have been exceeded, with a view to identify, analyze and take the corrective action required to ensure completion of invoice processing. • Support suppliers in using the platform and invoice management system. • Preparation and analysis of various reports related to the payables cycle. • Participate in the Department’s business improvement process as well as accounts payable system update projects; • Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve departmental objectives. Skills • DVS or DCS in accounting or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position • Knowledge of SAP software (an asset) • Demonstrates attention to detail and data analysis skills, able to adapt and evolve in a dynamic environment.

Languages :Bilingual (French and English).
