Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to:

• Posting vendor invoices
• Matching purchase orders to invoices and following up on discrepancies
• Preparing cheque runs and EFTs
• Working as a liaison between purchasing and vendors on issues and disputes
• Processing internal sales order – costing inventory to jobs
• Preparation and filing of accounts receivable files
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1-3 years of accounts payable/receivable experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to facilitate positive, constructive work relationships
• Great attitude, courteous and friendly
• Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized
• Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently with minimum supervision
• Quick Books experience is an asset
• An accounting diploma would be considered an asset.

Compensation will be based on level of experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.06-$30.00 per hour
