From its full-service multi-studio facility, SJC Content works with leading brands and retailers to create content for every channel, including social animation, video, interactive e-commerce content and package design. You’ll be the main day-to-day contact on current projects for internal teams and account directors, ensuring the highest quality standards in all client deliverables.

In this role you will:

Client Relations

  • Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
  • Attend internal meetings as needed; serves as a Subject Matter Expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Communicate and interact with clients in a tactful, professional manner.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including documentation of project scope, objectives, deliverables, key milestones, timelines, schedules, internal and external resources, project dashboards; provide regular status reports and progress updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of project lifecycles to foresee and ward off potential pitfalls within a specific project.
  • Create effective partnerships with internal and external project and account teams; collaborates across the team to ensure client needs are met and projects stay within scope, budget, timeline, quality, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with the implementation of workflow management and reporting tools, focusing on quality, profitability, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  • Create effective internal partnerships with other Brand Development and Brand Deployment teams to ensure a smooth transition from the design phase to the production phase as needed.

  • Manage/track assets from Photography through retouching and Design to deliver content to client

  • Demonstrate natural curiosity and a high level of enthusiasm for process improvements.

And a bit about yourself:

  • You have a Graphic Art degree and 2+ years as a production manager in the graphic arts industry
  • You have knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and strong Excel
  • You demonstrate excellent understanding of graphic design and layout, detail-oriented and able to multi task.
  • You have solid knowledge of the printing process and preflight tools
  • You can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • You create strong relationships with internal partners to ensure work is transition between departments efficiently.
  • You take ownership of responsibilities and see all work through to completion.
  • You creates strong and effective internal partnerships and collaborates across the business; listen and values the opinions of others.
  • You support the team by pitching in at any level and effectively working across the organization to meet the needs of the business.
  • You takes ownership of personal actions and outcomes; encourage and empower others to do the same.
