About Us: Avan Gard Mechanical Group Ltd. is a progressive heavy industrial construction company specializing in the design, erection, and repairs of API storage tanks, piping and refinery process unit maintenance and upgrades.

Role Overview: As a Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the success of our ventures by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates and developing bid proposals. This role requires a keen analytical mind, understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential project data.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, material costs, and construction methods to ensure up-to-date estimates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to bid preparation and proposal development.
• Applying learnings from previous projects and historical data

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an estimator in the industrial construction sector. Experience with storage tanks and vessels would be an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
