The role:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating comprehensive project workflows from start to finish (end to end) for the Students and Faculties team, including design, development, writing and production in both print and digital. Additionally, the position is responsible for working with the production team to resource and schedule marketing and creative services for those areas. The Project Coordinator will also ensure quality control of deliverables, and will ensure project timelines are met.

The qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

· Bachelors degree required.

· An equivalent combination of education/experience may be considered.

· Minimum three years of directly related project coordination or management experience preferably in an advertising, publishing, creative agency is required.

· Knowledge of both print and digital processes, techniques and technologies is required.

· Experience creating and managing documentation-i.e. project reports, budgets is required.

· Experience coordinating concurrent projects and juggling multiple priorities is required.

· Experience working with project management and time tracking systems is an asset.

· Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing is required.

· Proficiency with online work management software, and web content management systems is required.

· Must be highly proficient in organizing an office and maintaining files.

· Demonstrated ability to act positively and efficiently under pressure is required.

· Demonstrated ability to work well with multiple stakeholders is required.

· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically is required.

· Demonstrated ability to problem solve is required.

· Demonstrated ability to multitask is required.

· Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
