We are looking for a Program Analytics Manager to supporta strategic Transformation Programwithin the Technology Risk and Security division.

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg.

As the Program Analytics Manager within the transformation program, you will report into the Program Lead and will be a key player in driving data-driven decision-making and exceptional leadership communication within the program team. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leaders, Project Managers, and stakeholders to understand complex business problems, define reporting needs, and synthesize data into insightful visual presentations. You will summarize complex financial reports and portfolio analyses into concise, visually appealing infographics and presentations that highlight key insights, risks, and recommendations for decision-makers. By creating persuasive digital and visual communications, you will contribute to aligning our strategic initiatives and operations with organizational goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Program Analytics & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders, Project Managers, and Finance to gain a comprehensive data-driven understanding of the portfolio.
  • Provide data-driven reports to various leadership committees, including the Executive Leadership Team, Risk & Compliance Management committees, and Governance groups.
  • Develop & present visually impactful project presentations for diverse audiences, spotlighting leadership focus areas.
  • Develop KPIs for program scorecards and establish measurement processes to track progress.
  • Gather and analyze project and resource data for immediate responses to management and team queries.
  • Synthesize reports for stakeholders across all levels, from peers to executive management committees

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Project and Financial Management Skills:

  • 7+ years of portfolio and project management expertise, encompassing project lifecycle, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • 5+ years of applying portfolio and project management principles effectively.
  • 5+ years of visual communication and creative graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in financial tracking and reporting, including interpreting financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis and insights.
  • Experience with Clarity PPM

Business Intelligence Skills:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including functions, formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
  • Analytics proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Clarity PPM
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, EazyBI or similar.
  • Experience with databases and SQL for complex data operations and valuable insights.
  • Hands-on data analysis experience, gathering, organizing, and aggregating project data.
  • Ability to manipulate, clean, validate, and transform data for analysis.

Communication Skills:

  • Expert PowerPoint user, proficient in design and advanced features.
  • Compelling visual storytelling ability.
  • Concise and engaging data summarization and visualization skills.
  • Strong graphic design skills, including color, typography, and layout, leveraging industry presentation tools such as PowerBI.
  • Business acumen to tailor communication to diverse audience needs.
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Excellent presentation skills, comfortable presenting to internal/external stakeholders at all levels

The base salary for this position is between $74,500 - $137,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
