Production Operator

TRG Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Production Operator for our client, located in Ancaster, ON! This is a permanent opportunity with amazing benefits and perks!

Work Schedule and pay rate:

• Day Shift | 6:30am - 2:30pm| $19.53 p/hr
• Afternoon Shift | 2:30pm - 10:30pm| $19.53 p/hr
• Night Shift | 11:00pm - 7:00am | $19.68 p/hr
• Base wage progression up to $21.22 per hour

Responsibilities:

As a Production Operator, you will support all areas of the manufacturing facility including:

• Maintain continuous operation of the machines to produce quality parts. Operate machine, turn on/off, as required
• Load and offloading parts into machine/furnace ensuring proper orientation and location
• Perform visual inspections on parts for quality assurance
• Read and interpret process sheets
• Achieve production numbers

What we need from you :

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is an asset
• Attention to detail
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable with an environment that can be noisy with variable temperatures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
