Production Manager
Atlas Structural Systems is an award-winning manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada. Responsibilities:
- Assists on maintaining consistent daily production output regardless of complexities of individual projects.
- Responsible for ensuring employee safety, producing quality products, and using resources efficiently.
- Communicates information and priorities to the team.
- Lead team by following procedures and demonstrating safe work behaviors.
- Work alongside the team to assemble wood components depending on project needs.
- Meet or exceed production targets.
- Manage employee performance, identify training opportunities, and develop talent to align with future business requirements.
- Support the Plant Manager in business growth and operational development.
Requirements:
- Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Capable of lifting at least 50lbs.
- Leadership experience is required.
- Computer skills are considered an asset.
- Carpentry or framing experience is considered an asset.
- Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Motive others through their positive attitude to always be improving.
- Demonstrate the drive and commitment needed to reach goals.
