Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join a large fast-food chain hybrid three days a week out of their home office in North Vancouver. This person will support their corporate applications including supply chain, ERP and CRM. They will be responsible for the setup, configuration, automation, optimization, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of these three areas. Their responsibilities currently include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the ERP (NetSuite financial) and the CRM (FranConnect) by monitoring availability, troubleshooting incidents, implementing automation to reduce manual or repetitive tasks, ensuring timely software updates & and releases, performing QA, keeping features and configuration current and implementing enhancement projects
  • Support the selection and onboarding of a new Supply Chain Vendor, taking control of initiating and leading this vendor relationship regarding features set, SLA, incident management, mandatory and optional updates as well as contract renewal
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to discover, define, analyze, and finalize requirements, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations
  • Maintain direct relationships with both technical and business teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for modification or adaptation
  • Developing training material and documentation, and training business users at the onboarding stage and on an ongoing basis Must-Haves
  • 5+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Application Management and/or Application Administration
  • 1-3 years of experience in internally facing Enterprise Application configurations and sustainment (ex. Netsuite, Salesforce, SAP, or any other congruent CRM or ERP)
  • A high value of customer service as this role is highly cross-functional across various lines of business internally
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to advise and perform stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering with internal business and technical stakeholders and external vendors and Product Managers
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and/or Miro
  • Experience with vendor management, selection, and onboarding Nice-To-Haves
  • Technical background in development
  • Experience with Change management such as developing training material and documentation, and training business users at the onboarding stage and on an ongoing basis.
  • An undergraduate degree in technology
  • Experience with any of Concur, Netsuite, NetSuite Financial, Franconnect, or any CMS is an asset.
  • Experience with Supply Chain internal custom database technology, added plus for any QSR (quick service restaurant)
  • Fluency in French
