As a Product File Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the quality of master data within Noble’s ERP/ WMS systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and timely. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of data and ensuring that it is used effectively to support business processes.

How You Contribute To Noble’s Success

  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of master data within SXe/ WMS systems, including but not limited to vendor, material, and costing master data.
  • Work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained in SXe system.
  • Review and analyze data quality issues and propose solutions to address them.
  • Develop and implement data cleansing procedures to ensure that master data is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with business users to ensure that master data supports business requirements and is effectively used in business processes.
  • Participate in data migration and data integration initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to master data processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide training to end-users on master data management and related processes where required.
  • Other duties where required.
Must Haves and Nice to Haves

Must Have:

  • Degree in information technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance role or 2-3 years’ experience supporting an enterprise ERP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Good understanding of data relationships
  • Experience in a fast paced wholesale environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a penchant for finding and implementing efficiencies in daily tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data migration and data integration projects is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A good team player, flexible, shares knowledge, helps others, collaborates well within and outside the team
  • Well organized, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
