Some Of What You Will Do

As the Program Specialist you will work to execute the Print Membership program initiatives to grow customer loyalty & lifetime value by creating and delivering program elements with excellence. The incumbent will keep the program fresh and relevant and develop personalized communication opportunities with customers in the program. With a focus on member activity, print demands and program enhancements, you will work closely with members of the Marketing, Retail Operations and Category Management teams. The Program Specialist will also assist in category management functions related to the Print Partnership program, set up and maintenance of each customer specific program elements, regular business reviews, performance metrics and supporting marketing requirements. Each day will be challenging, fast paced, meaningful and rewarding.

Specifically, You Will

  • Assist in program development and road mapping of the B2B Print Membership program and Print Services Provider program
  • Collaborate on strategies, incentives and communications to increase the penetration of the print sales and programs to the membership customer base and S upport program communication to Retail, Online and Sales Team channels
  • Work cross functionally with the various teams to ensure print quality and proper execution of the Print Service Provider partnerships and a successful execution of the membership go to market plans.
  • Monitor Print Partnership order compliance with print production centers and stores

Some Of What You Need

  • Post secondary degree/diploma with a focus in business, retail management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of loyalty/membership experience in a data-driven role with a business or marketing background
  • Experience working with digital products, including loyalty and/or customer retention programs
  • Proven track record of analysis, interpretation and action aligned with business priorities and vision
  • Understanding of best practices in the loyalty and membership industry
  • Proactive and self-motivated work style with proven ability to support multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented individual with experience developing, coordinating, and executing initiatives to drive sales activity and membership growth
  • Strong and effective communication (both written & oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of all MS Office products with a primary focus on PowerPoint and Excel
