In Your Role, You Will
  • Ensure the implementation of alignments and philosophy of Labor Relations of Bombardier.
  • Ensure alignment of labor relations across all sites of Bombardier in Montreal aera.
  • Apply and interpret the collective agreement and the Laws of the work, involved in conflict resolution and improving the organizational climate.
  • Encourage a partnership approach with the union.
  • Coaching, consulting and collaborating with human resources business partners for labor relations.
  • Manage and support managers to contribute to continuous improvement processes on labor relations
  • Prepare and communicate tools for managers and interpretive guide of the collective agreement
  • Ensure the implementation of all labor relations process
  • Participate in the development, revision and implementation of the Strategic Framework for collective agreement negotiations.

As our ideal candidate,
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or in organizational development or a related field.
  • You have ten (10) years’ experience in Industrial Relations, including experience with collective agreements.
  • You are a membre of l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA ou CRIA).
  • You have a strong knowledge and experience of the legislation in the field of labor law and employment in Quebec.
  • You are a person whose philosophy and practices in relations with employees are known to be innovative and focused on problem solving.
  • You have a sense of planning and organization, demonstrating the ability to achieve results through formal and informal channels within a complex organization.
  • You possess superior communication skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of management and provide strategic advice to managers.
  • You have a strong ability to establish and maintain lasting and effective relationships with HR business partners, unions and managers.
  • You are bilingual (oral and written).
