PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE BROKER,

Acera Insurance Broker Network (Solutions Group) is looking for an ambitious, engaging Personal Lines Insurance Broker who is passionate about putting people first and the chance to make a difference. You will provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients in person, through email and over the phone. Our team will provide on-going support to assist you to build skills, knowledge, and confidence at each stage of your career.

You will be backed by one of the largest independent, employee-controlled brokerages in Canada, Acera Insurance. Our collaborative work structure combines our people’s strength and expertise to offer greater value, knowledge, and resources to our clients nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
  • Participate in up-sell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our business and team.
  • Focus on day-to-day client servicing.
  • Support from our amazing Client Service Team for portal work, payments, and policy changes.
  • All other duties as directed by management.

Location and Status:

  • Lethbridge, AB
  • Permanent full-time employment
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30 pm

Qualifications:

  • Current Level 1 Alberta Insurance License
  • Level 2 Insurance License would be considered an asset;
  • 2+ years of related experience in the insurance industry
  • Previous customer service experience
