The Performance and Insights Associate Director (AD), Cardiovascular and Immunology is an experienced analytics professional who will be responsible for cross-market analytics, insights, and capabilities development and deployment for CV and IMM within the BMS Major Markets region. Major Markets includes Canada, Japan, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, UK, Ireland, Portugal and the EU Cluster (The Nordics, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria.)
The Performance and Insights Associate Director, CV and IMM will report to the IMIC Major Markets Lead and support Major Markets Above-Market commercial leaders through cross market/cross portfolio performance analytics, contextualizing market event dynamics, and harmonizing performance across markets. The Performance and Insights AD, CV and IMM will be responsible for CV and IMM brand performance relevant to Major Markets and will have matrix responsibility to share relevant CV and IMM information with IMIC Intercon and Modeling & Capabilities as well as WW Forecasting for CV and IMM.
The CV and IMM AD, IMIC must have the ability to participate on internal/external initiatives and work in a highly matrixed team.
Performs Business Performance Diagnosis and Growth Opportunity Assessments for CV/IMM brands which include Zeposia, Sotyktu, Camzyos, and Eliquis.
Collaborate with Major Markets Finance and across BIA ES&P in-market teams to create commercial leadership narratives and CEO presentations regarding forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance. Consolidates above-market view and synthesizes region-level perspective for CV/IMM
Provides monthly performance analytics and insights to WW Zeposia MS and UC leads and participate in monthly WW Zeposia MS and UC CLRF
Supports focus on launch excellence for the CV/IMM brands. Creates measures and metrics to assess performance.
Lead virtual teams for CV and IMM brands, facilitating large, global discussion forums
Identify opportunities within CV and IMM brands including capabilities and tools
Collaborate with Modeling & Capabilities lead on capabilities/tool development, to include training/deployment on new launches and new or enhanced forecast models
Responsible for the deployment of capabilities/tools within CV and IMM brands
Communicating events, challenges, inconsistencies to Major Markets and Intercon Leads

Requirements/Education:
BA/BS required; MBA or Masters in a quantitative major or concentration preferred
5+ years of pharmaceutical/related market experience, including working knowledge of various analytical capabilities preferred
Ability to leverage large, multi-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions
Ability to synthesize complex information sets & successfully communicate simply to the senior TA leaders – leading to smart & data-driven decision making
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to frame issues and present to business stakeholders
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare marketplace dynamics preferred
Proficiency and familiarity with analytics/data tools such as, SAS, Access, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.; data sets like IQVIA; and Microsoft Powerpoint strongly recommended.
Strong people management and inter-personal skills.
