Advanced Pelvic Physiotherapy Centre is a physiotherapy-focused, multidisciplinary practice specializing in pelvic care, located in downtown Toronto. Our team has extensive experience in treating both men and women suffering from pelvic pain, incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse, among other issues. We also offer comprehensive care to women during pregnancy and in their post-partum period, men pre and post-prostatectomy and other pre and post-surgical care.

At this time, we are seeking a part-time patient care coordinator to work 15-20 hours per week to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly-motivated individual, who has the ability to multi-task, who has may or may not have previous experience working in a medical office.

Requirements include:

· Booking appointments for our patients through our software (Jane app)

· Fielding telephone calls from patients and other medical offices

· Taking payment from patients following their appointment

· Directing patients to appropriate treatment room

· Helping to prepare rooms in terms of cleaning, use of table paper, putting out drape sheets, etc

Please note the 15-20 hours per week will likely consist of one 8-10 hour day during the week, as well as another half day during the week. No weekend hours required. Competitive compensation offered.

Salary: $27,617.00-$85,707.00 per year
