Parts Specialist

Job content

The Parts Specialist ensures customers and technicians are helped in a professional and courteous manner. Efficient communication is required to coordinate parts procurement, plan with couriers, receive parts, and invoice orders. Additionally, the Parts Specialist maintains parts inventory and practices cleanliness while conducting work with a customer focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

Selling parts

Ordering parts

Parts delivery to customers/technicians

Assist in keeping the parts department clean and organized

Ensure all parts sales/transactions are invoiced promptly and accurately

Perform other tasks as required by the parts manager

Qualifications:

High school diploma

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience in heavy-duty/automotive parts & service industry

Mechanically inclined

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

2 + year of retail experience preferred.

Organized and motivated
