How your role will add to the story:
We’re looking for a Parts Advisor. You will be expected to contribute to the operational efficiency of the parts department and to positive CSI results by providing prompt, accurate information and assistance to customers. You’ll also ensure consistent flow of parts to the shop and providing customers an overall experience that exceeds expectations. You will report directly to the Parts Manager, and will also have the opportunity to work with all Dealership staff and customers.
A day in the life:

• On most days you’ll be selling parts and accessories to customers.
• Some days you’ll assist in the preparation of stock orders.
• There’s always a chance you’ll be involved in other duties as required by your manager.

Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits:

• Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an automotive parts department
• Parts technical knowledge
• Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
• Honest and professional , a strong team player
• Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter
• Eligible to work in Canada
