Renewal by Andersen wants to hear from you! Our Design Consultants deliver in-home sales presentations during pre-scheduled appointments to ensure customers have all the information they need to make a same-day decision on their windows and door replacement projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Travel to company-generated appointments with homeowners - no cold calling or door knocking!

- Perform product demonstrations, discuss custom quotes, and close sales during in-home consultations

- Embody honesty and integrity while employing a value-based selling process

Compensation and Benefits:

- 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential!

- Current consultants earn $160k - $250k+ yearly

Qualifications:

- Hold a valid driver’s license (required)

- Comfortable traveling up to 2.5 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)

- Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)

- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)

- Previous outside sales experience is a plus

- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

- A strong desire and ability to close the sale

Schedule:

- Flexibility on a weekly basis

- Weekly evening and weekend availability (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
