What You Will Do
  • Data administration and work process improvements of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Database (eMaint).
  • Integrated management System (IMS) Documents preparation and editing/formatting
  • Office and facilities management (ordering supplies, contract management, facilities improvement projects).
  • Report, budget, and scorecard preparation.
  • Support the plant management team in the creation and administration of controlled documents, such as operations and maintenance procedures, and other Integrated Management System (IMS) policy and work process documents.
  • Assist with tracking Operator Progression Program (OPP) knowledge management checklists and other training and development records.
  • Develop CMMS and ERP training documents and administer database training.
  • Assist SHE&Q Site Lead in administration of training and regulatory records; and maintain meeting minutes for the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC).
  • Perform general office management duties for the management team, such as expense reports, invoice processing, and reporting, and assist with scheduling meetings, teambuilding functions, and training courses.
  • Manage the office administration budget and lead office facilities projects and continuous improvement activities.
  • Act as back up coverage in the administration of the Shipping and Receiving Office and maintain records and work process documents related to TDG compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
Position Details
  • Candidate must reside in: Leduc, AB or the surrounding area.
  • Work week and shift: Monday to Friday.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Two years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
  • 0-6 months of related experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite and database management, including a demonstrated ability to provide value added reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, targeted at all levels of the organization
  • Organized and action-oriented with the ability to re-prioritize on an as-needed basis, to think critically, and to problem solve.
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning and self-development with a continuous improvement mindset.
Physical Demand
  • This is a safety sensitive position and the successful candidate will be required to complete medical testing in accordance with ChampionX’s policies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in business administration or supply chain preferred.
  • Supply chain designation from Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) or Supply Chain Canada an asset.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment an asset
