Office manager / bookkeeper for a growing landscaping business. Must be proficient with Quickbooks, Microsoft Access databases, Excel and Word. This full-time position will be remote to start but could move to our office in the future. Must have full-cycle bookkeeping experience (to trial balance) with a sound knowledge of all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, government remittances, banking procedures, credit card transactions, reconciliation processes, and general journal entries. Excellent customer service and phone skills are a must. The successful candidate will be extremely well organized, able to efficiently work independently, flexible, very detail oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable handling numerous phone calls. Space to set up a quiet and secure home office of utmost importance and must be located in or very near the Berwick area. Training will be provided to acquaint you with our business and for our custom Access Database program. Wage to be negotiated depending on level of experience and training. While the start date for full-time work is flexible but no later than May 1st 2022 , we would need you to be available for training mid-March ( this could be done evenings / weekends).
