Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Office Clerk.

Are you completing your training in office automation or accounting?

Customer service is your trademark and you are always able to find an alternative solution to meet the needs of customers?

You will be responsible for :

• Receiving parts and accessories in the computer system (Karmak)
• Validation of employee hours
• Follow-up on purchases, invoicing, accounts receivable and cash balances
• Payment of suppliers and deposits
• Prepare sales reports as needed;
• Perform various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.).

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

• great organization skills, be able to multi-task
• Knowledge of MS Office, bilingualism and great sense of organization and autonomy.
• attention to detail
