We are looking for a skilled Office Administrator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
An excellent office administrator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the key point of contact for main office vendors, such as maintenance, supplies, equipment repair.
  • Maintain responsibility for general office upkeep and “look and feel.”
  • Ensure office is stocked with proper items for operation like coffee, cleaning supplies etc.
  • Keep on-top of existing cleaning team for coordination and scheduling and ensure office kitchen is clean/organized/hygienic
  • Organize office condo stay, cleaning, and other related items
  • Provide transportation coordination for certain executives even driving the company vehicle for pickup/drop-off
  • Setup office meeting rooms and desk layouts for staff members
  • Organize office events and other meeting group activities
  • Coordination of certain evening activities for customers and logistics
  • Other office related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Driver’s (G) license with a clean abstract.
  • Two year’s minimum experience in an administrative support role.
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • A self-starter with a high degree of energy and careful attention to detail.
  • Highly flexible, creative problem solver, with a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Superb organizational and time-management skills.
  • Aware of and able to navigate diverse cultural backgrounds.
