The Office A dministratorrole is a temporary position ( 12- 15 month term opportunity) with the possibility of an extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of payroll function (i.e. running weekly pay, vacation tracking, production bonuses, etc.);
- Processing employee transactions in our Human Resources Information Systems;
- Supporting human resources, safety, and site administrator with various tasks;
- General reception duties including answering phones ordering office supplies, greeting and directing visitors;
- Reporting, organizing, filing, and document management
- Education Required: Minimum High School Diploma, college diploma preferred;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment;
- Well organized and detail-oriented
