Night Operations Manager

The Rooftop YYC is looking for an upbeat, outgoing, and experienced individual for the role of Night Manager, who will help lead our team by working alongside the staff to provide our customers with the exceptional service they have come to expect, as well as continuing to foster a fun and professional environment where all team members feel safe and appreciated. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years restaurant management experience in a high-paced setting and should be comfortable with all closing-related restaurant duties.

Managerial duties include, but are not limited to:

· Ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant upon the completion of each shift

· Writing and submitting daily logouts and sales/labor reports

· Ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the night, including talking to guests and addressing concerns and/or complaints

· Completion of nightly checklists and holding staff members accountable

· Assist with the hiring, training, and scheduling of the staff

· Organizing and executing pre-shift meetings with the staff, setting expectations and communicating pertinent information to the team

· Being an ambassador for The Rooftop, both in and outside of the business

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of restaurant management experience

· Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including food safety, service regulations, security etc.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Leadership and delegation skills

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Demonstrated ability to operate within a budget and to manage operating costs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
