Critical Mass’ Career Launcher Program is a 12-week paid internship for new new graduates. You will have the opportunity to try the digital agency world to see if its for you! Developing talent is part of our DNA, and in fact many of our long-term employees started as interns. This program is a fast-track to launch your career with regular learning opportunities, mentorship and real client work.

During your initial onboarding, you will embark on a custom-built learning journey to understand what we do, who we are, and how we engage our people and clients. You will attend exclusive soft-skill building webinars spanning professional development, leadership, innovation, and diversity & inclusion. Whether you are in a city with one of our offices, or joining us remotely, you’ll have an amazing summer of learning, networking and experience.

This 12-week New Graduate Internship commences May 2, 2022 for a current 2nd or 3rd year student and will be returning to school Fall 2022.

You Will:

  • Use web analytics, social, survey, and mobile measurement tools
  • Develop tagging requirements, test and perform data quality assurance
  • QA, identify issues, document and debug code and software issues working with Tech team
  • Develop and test campaign tracking codes (collaborating with other agencies when necessary)
  • Use Excel, Tableau, or DW/BI reporting system management
  • Test software management and develop testing strategies
  • Develop and analyze segmentation data, social media data, survey responses, market share information, web behavioral analysis
  • Generate reporting and analysis, interpreting web analytics
  • Use statistical analysis / data science tools like R, Python, or SPSS
  • Analyze site traffic, search, and e-commerce analysis
  • Have experience with A/B or multivariate testing results analysis
  • Assist in analysis presentation development (story telling with data), internal and client team presentation of analysis

You Have:

  • Post-secondary degree; statistical based degree a plus
  • An interest in digital marketing and how organizations use social media in their campaigns
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and naturally strong memory
  • Experience using the scientific method
  • The skill of learning
  • Active listening skills
  • Solution-oriented thinking capabilities
  • Good communication and writing skills
