Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salon Manager to oversee our salon operations. The Salon Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the salon, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a passion for the beauty industry.

Duties:

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Hire, train and supervise staff and technicians
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Eyelash extensions
• Eyebrow threading
• Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art
• Eyebrow tinting
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Oversee payroll and ensure accurate payment of salon employees

Qualifications:

-Demonstrate excellent skills in nail design and care as well as eyelash extensions

-Vietnamese fluency

-English fluency

-Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting required

Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- 5 years experience with nail designs, nail care and eyelash extensions
- Familiarity with payroll processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
