Key accountabilities

  • The Customer Care Representative’s primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our customer every time. They are responsible for solving client issues, escalating concerns, receiving customer feedback and bringing forward opportunities for improvements to the management team. The Customer Care Representative provide professional, helpful, and high-quality service; assistance and resolutions to our customers, taking into consideration all standards and company expectations.
  • Review and resolve customer issues through email and phone
  • Ensure escalations are brought forward and followed-up on in a timely manner
  • Seek opportunities for service/process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Participate in continuous development and training opportunities provided within the area


Qualifications and competencies

  • Minimum High School diploma
  • 1-3 years professional experience in a service oriented/call center role.
  • Advanced level of communication and interpersonal ability (written and spoken) in English and French
  • Superior Customer Service focus
