Little Rose Cookie Co is growing!

We are a cookie shop/bakery/cafe located in the heart of Streetsville, Mississauga and we are looking for a full time marketing manager.

This role involves planning and coordinating markets for Little Rose Cookie Co. to attend as a vendor, educating new and potential customers, increasing sales and growing the business via customer outreach. Responsibilities will include helping prepare products to bring to markets, packing products into boxes and transporting them to the venue, setting up the table/display area, taking inventory, tracking sales, taking payment, building rapport with customers, educating customers on our products and services, giving every customer a great experience with our company, customer outreach, gaining new clients/companies to work with, customer retention, basic marketing material design, etc.

Must Have:

- Weekend availability

- Some evening availability

- Able to stand for long hours

- Warm, helpful and upbeat personality

- A vehicle to transport products to and from markets

Good to have, but not required :

- Barsita/customer service experience

- Ability to lift 20 kg

- Working a point-of-sale machine

- Experience Handling cash

Role and Responsibilities :

- Providing a warm and fun experience to all customers

- Make and serve cookies and drinks as requested by customers (full time only)

- Opening and Closing the Store, when scheduled (full time only)

- Clean and Sanitize the workplace after each shift

- Package the products as instructed

- Restock items for the display area as needed

- Customer outreach and retention

- Other duties as requested by management
