About the Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the Bellwyck brand. This person will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing on all sales, marketing and brand related strategies and execution. The ideal candidate is skilled in design creation from beginning to end with a flair for creativity and innovation.

The successful candidate will design enhancement and development programs to promote Bellwyck and its services. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for the launch and management of new products, services, and associated brands to meet profitability goals through effective marketing programs.

What you bring to the Team

  • 3-5 years of work experience including the handling of corporate marketing, original writing and editing and social media; Experience in a marketing management capacity, while handling design creation from beginning to end.
  • College or University degree in marketing, graphic design, advertising, sales, or business administration.
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful e-mail marketing, Internet marketing, and direct marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization. Strong presentation skills and ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Excellent computer skills; proficiency in MS Office and various design software
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of printing procedures and requirements preferred.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM software
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

About the Job

  • Develop the Bellwyck Brand with a comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Incorporate a variety of input from creative sources, market research, and sales teams
  • Further develop and own all social media, website, advertising strategy and creation
  • Creates designs for marketing collateral for tradeshows, banners; update printed and email collateral
  • Develops collateral sell sheets and PowerPoint presentations to promote new innovations
  • Handles the coordination of tradeshows, managing contracts and making arrangements.
  • Responsible for the company Website and other lead generation strategies and execution
  • Support of major deals and client opportunities collateral
  • Support all new product solutions and marketing strategy
  • Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs, including direct mail, corporate sales, Internet marketing, conventions, workshops, advertisements, sales tools and other initiatives.
  • Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with both inside and outside sales representatives to identify customer needs.
  • Provide support and tools to account managers and other sales staff that will drive sales within their areas.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
  • Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan for Bellwyck to span across all communication media (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences, based upon specific performance goals.
  • Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide and implement recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the development, management and maintenance of all online communication vehicles, including but not limited to:
  • Bellwyck’s website
  • E-mails
  • Online social media (including LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, etc.).
  • Publicity for special events.
  • Attend Bellwyck’s programmatic events as needed.
