Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand and drive growth.

  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience demographics to promote ISP services effectively.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, utilizing insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional media, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, that resonate with target audiences and support marketing objectives.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and website optimization, to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions, segment audiences, and personalize marketing communications to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
  • Monitoring Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and telecommunications to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather feedback from customers through surveys, reviews, and other channels, and use insights to continuously improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment focused on achieving shared goals and objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
