Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship opportunity that will provide valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marketing and possess a willingness to learn and contribute to our marketing initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role at our Mississauga location. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will assist the sales and marketing team with various tasks, including creating customer presentations, adding products to the website, posting on social media, preparing marketing material and sales support. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in sales and marketing and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

- Support the creation and optimization of content for SEO purposes

- Assist with product management tasks, including market analysis and competitive research

- Contribute to email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management

- Assist with social media management, including content scheduling and engagement tracking

- Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects, such as website updates and event planning

- Conduct data analysis to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing or a related field

- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices

- Familiarity with HTML5, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent research and analytical abilities

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic budgeting skills
