Position: Marketing and Administrative Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Remote)

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST

Our client in commercial real estate are searching for a Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join their fast-growing team!

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • A good eye for design and experience creating marketing pieces
  • Create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (such as InDesign, Illustration, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Maintain brand identity by following brand guide and colours
  • Broker Letters: creating broker letters from InDesign
  • Creating CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
  • Editing floor plans and other graphics
  • Creating Postal Code maps using Piinpoint, amalgamating the information into a package using PowerPoint, including PowerPoint presentations
  • Creating tour packages and maps using Batchgeo & PowerPoint, gathering property information from agents, websites and marketing materials, printing and binding
  • Designing custom marketing pieces as required
  • Gather property information/photos/maps for agents as required
  • Creating pitch packages using InDesign & PowerPoint – inputting and editing information, amalgamating presentations from various sources, printing and binding presentations
  • Regularly update and maintain listings on company’s website and Email blast website

Research Responsibilities:

  • Search, prepare, update and manage listings and agreements
  • Conduct search and amalgamate information on office and industrial properties
  • Conduct searches and amalgamate information on a variety of property types
  • Conduct searches and amalgamate information on sale transactions
  • Gather Zoning information for properties using various research tools including Map Your Property, Municipality websites and printed zoning booklets
  • Assist with other research projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Must have intermediate experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Post-secondary education, advanced diploma or bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience of marketing and coordination/research-related roles
  • Exposure in real estate is a strong asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be detail-oriented and work well with a team
