The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, developing and leading a team of dedicated Sales Coordinators and continuing to provide Sales support in their current region.


People Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Support team whose function includes processing orders, administration & training
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring and onboarding a successful Sales Support team
  • Responsible for driving Sales Coordinators to achieve objectives and deliver meaningful performance reviews to maximize engagement
  • Oversee the day-to-day Sales processes to ensure the highest revenue retention

Business Responsibilities:

  • Continuously seeks opportunities to drive the business forward through cost control, planning and process improvements
  • Continue to work on day-to-day Sales support functions for their region
  • Continuously seeks opportunities to drive the business forward through resource allocation, planning and process improvements
  • Provide client support as needed for account executives and prepare and distribute reports as needed
  • Lead education & training for sales support teams/reps across platforms (TV, Radio, Digital & Out of Home)
  • Control hosting and merchandise requests, and departments vacation tracking
  • Build positive relationships with our clients and internal departments including Traffic, Finance, Human Resources, Programming and Research


Essential Qualifications:

  • Leadership and People Management experience
  • Motivated, proactive, results-driven with experience in Executive administrative support
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and identify priorities
  • Professional and able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent working knowledge the Media industry
  • Working knowledge of IBMS and Wide Orbit, an asset
  • Knowledge of ARIBA, SAP, HR Transaction, APSS, Ivalua, an asset
  • Comfortable with using Project Management software
