YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Director, the CRM, Loyalty & Email Marketing Manager will play a key role in the development and implementation of comprehensive CRM strategies geared towards enhancing customer engagement, retention, and brand loyalty across all customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with a customer-first mindset and a proven track record in using advanced analytics and customer insights to drive successful CRM & email marketing strategies.

Email Marketing & CRM

Drive increased effectiveness of communications using a data-driven approach to optimize and continuously improve contact strategy.

Oversee the development, implementation, and refinement of focused email marketing initiatives designed to captivate audiences and boost revenue generation.

Lead the development and implementation of innovative CRM/data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging personalized offers and deep customer insights to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM and email marketing to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Loyalty Program Management

Lead, grow, and manage the ALDO Crew Loyalty Program to build customer brand loyalty, retention, and growth for the business.

Drive sales, profit, and lifetime value by developing a strategy that rewards and engages our best customers.

Develop promotional strategy and program of personalized offers to improve customer engagement and value perception for loyalty members.

Data & Analytics

Utilise advanced analytics to segment customer data effectively and tailor marketing efforts to individual needs and preferences.

Oversee the day-to-day management of email and SMS marketing activities to ensure steady implementation and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour, preferences, and feedback to inform strategies and improve customer engagement.

Oversee and monitor the performance of automated and email marketing campaigns, using insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues, and working to resolve them.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience with CRM marketing, in traditional and digital, email, mobile and social media channels, in the e-commerce sector.
  • Proven experience successfully driving digital customer experience across email campaigns, loyalty programs and/or digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, and data analysis tools
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
