My client is looking for a maintenance manager to join their growing and dynamic team.

Client Details

My client is an OEM tier I and 2 automotive supplier, that focuses on waste elimination and light-weighting initiatives.

Description

• Managing maintenance team ( including hiring, on-boarding, coaching, scheduling)
• Managing maintenance budget
• Involvement in CI projects
• Responsible for emergency shutdowns (24/7)
• Collaborating with all divisions of the company
• corrective and preventative maintenance
• H&S initiatives
• Manage suppliers and contractors
• Manage maintenance supply inventory

Profile

• Post secondary education
• minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Automotive industry experience
• Millwright or electrical licence
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft office suite
• Hands-on team player
