As the LTL Customer Service Assistant, you will be a key player in our highly effective Operations team. The LTL Customer Service assistant is responsible for working with our group of CSRs in managing the daily activity of our LTL clients. You will be actively involved in communication, order set up and appointment booking of our LTL order.


Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately setting up orders,

  • Monitoring all shipments,

  • Booking appointments with shippers and consignees,

  • Managing customer inquiries and developing relationships,

  • Administration support.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities,

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills,

  • Strong customer service skills,

  • Strong organization skills,

  • Knowledge of the transportation industry and North American Geography are considered assets.

Required shift for this position: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 CST.
