Overview:

Join our team as a Logistic Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods within our organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to ensure the efficient movement of materials.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, and bringing new clients to the company.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline operations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistical issues
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a freight or supply chain environment or transportation.
- Familiarity with Trans lane or similar dispatch software is a plus
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Strong analytical skills to interpret logistics data effectively
- Ability to operate phone systems with proper phone etiquette
- Understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
