Locum Consultant General Surgery (6 months)

NHS Lanarkshire - University Hospital Monklands

We are looking for a Locum Consultant General Surgeon to be based at University Hospital Monklands within NHS Lanarkshire for a full time 10 PA post. The successful candidate will work closely with the present staff to accommodate general surgical service needs. The individual should have a flexible team based work ethic and will participate in the emergency on call general surgical rota at University Hospital Monklands which is currently undertaken on a 1 in 9 basis (including this post).

This post is to cover for absence and is for 6 months in the first instance. Any general surgical specialty surgical interest will be considered. Applicants should hold full GMC registration with a license to practice.
