Requirements
  • Preferred completion of Business/Information Technology Diploma
  • Excellent learning skills, willing and able to work in a wide variety of skill areas in combination with a strong motivation for self-research and training.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, and conceptual understanding of Microsoft Server/Networking (Microsoft certifications an asset).
  • Previous experience and capable of working with Microsoft Developer tools including Visual Studio, Net programming environment and languages, IIS and SQL Server services an asset.
  • Experience using and/or supporting ERP systems or related manufacturing information technology solutions, including specific knowledge of Infor ERP LN an asset.
  • Knowledge of Technical Writing / Adult Training concepts
  • In the areas of standard deployed software and OS, such as Microsoft Windows and Office, required to have a high familiarity and ability to assist, support, and troubleshoot.
  • Previous hands-on experience with successfully training adult learners
