Reporting to the Plant Foreman, the Production Equipment Operator will inspect, maintain, operate the loader and work co-operatively with all personnel. Our Aggregates operations are in Central Alberta.Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of company personnel, the community, and environment
• Responsible for completing daily equipment checklist
• Monitor material production within specifications
• Ensure consistent feed to maintain a quality product
• Create an atmosphere of teamwork
• Seek out and implement Best Practices

Specific Accountabilities

• Communicate information with Plant Operator
• Ensure safety goals are achieved

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy machinery/equipment. Previous experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills and works well in a team environment
