The preferred successful candidate will: Two years of recent satisfactory experience. Current pediatric experience and/or evidence of ongoing professional development related to pediatrics. Evidence of ongoing professional development. Applicable advanced certification within the desired/specific specialty area. Be a mature, motivated, self-directed person with demonstrated excellent organizational and communication skills. Be able to work positively, effectively, and cooperatively within an interdisciplinary team, in the provision of family focused care. Have up-to-date computer training.
