As Prophix’s first Learning and Development Manager in the People and Culture team, you will be instrumental in creating, delivering and executing our learning and development solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders, utilizing instructional design methodologies, and harnessing innovative learning technologies, you are instrumental in creating engaging and impactful learning programming while contributing to creating exceptional talent experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify learning and talent development needs that align with our strategic goals priorities and develop the roadmap for a successful L & D program
  • Apply instructional design methodologies to design and develop effective learning solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our Phixers and new hires
  • Integrate innovative learning technologies to enhance the delivery and engagement of learning experiences
  • Facilitate the seamless implementation of learning programs and initiatives, ensuring positive impact and desired outcomes
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, driving continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating them into our strategies and initiatives
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication with internal teams, cultivating a culture of learning and growth
  • Ensure that our programming is compliant with laws and regulations, including those that support our DEI principles

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years + experience in learning and development, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering impactful learning solutions
  • Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and the ability to customize them for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge learning technologies and a passion for incorporating them into engaging learning experiences
  • Naturally curious, challenging the status quo while developing programming to meet the needs of our growing global organization
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with internal teams effectively
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, continuously staying informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance our learning offerings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the evaluation of learning program effectiveness and the implementation of improvements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, facilitating the effective delivery of learning experiences to diverse audiences
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
