Your new role

As the Lead Engineer of Electrical Control & Instrumentation you will be responsible for managing and coordinating overall EC&I engineering matters on Brownfield and Greenfield Projects. You will work closely with key leaders in the development of execution plans, schedules and estimates, as well as contracting/procurement strategies that best suit the project. Be responsible for leading delivering FEL 1 and FEL 2 studies.

What you’ll need to succeed

The right candidate will have substantial onsite experience at Underground or Open Pit Mine Sites, along with 12-15 years of experience executing Capital Projects from pre-feasibility through to commissioning and handover. You will have a strong understanding of underground and surface equipment requirements to support large/mega project development and production operations. An Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering along with a P.Eng designation is required. PMP certification and substantial onsite experience will be considered an asset. Candidate must be open to relocation to Sudbury, ON.
